Shot at home - This sweet newborn shoot captured Lucas, his mother and father alongside his newest cousin born just a few weeks prior. If you plan to hire a professional photographer or choose to take photos of your own, here a few tips to keep in mind:
First, plan to feed your baby right before you try to photograph him/her so he’ll be more likely to fall asleep. Sleeping babes, have such a peaceful look, whether bundled up or posed nude - with their little arms and legs exposed. Secondly, have backups of everything - outfits, blankets, diapers, food, etc! You never know who these little guys!! Thirdly, have fun and take your time. Expect to take breaks in-between poses to feed, lull your babe or comfort them when needed. The point is ti create a soothing and loving environment for everyone to enjoy their special moments together.
